1. Must I (the principal cardholder) attend the event?
You may redeem the event either for yourself or one of your Redemption Group Nominees (RGNs). You do not have to attend the event yourself if you’re redeeming it for one of your RGNs.

2. How many guests can I (or my RGN) bring? Are there any restrictions on who I can bring?
You or your RGN may bring up to 3 additional guests at no charge, and they do not have to be RGNs themselves. They do, however, have to be at least 13 years of age.

3. Can I book more than one session?
You can book a maximum of one session. Each eligible PPS member is allowed to redeem this experience only once due to the limited number of sessions available.

4. I can’t make any of the available sessions. Can I request for another date?
Unfortunately, no additional sessions are available. The flight simulators are used primarily for training purposes and we are unable to arrange for sessions on alternative dates.

5. My first choice of session is no longer available. Can I request for an additional session at the same time?
Unfortunately, there is only one session available at each timeslot. Members will have exclusive use of an entire flight simulator throughout each 2-hr session, therefore it is not possible for an additional session to be arranged at the same time.

6. I’m not based in Singapore. Will the 120,000 miles cover my flights to and from Singapore, accommodation and transportation to the venue?
The 120,000 KF miles indicated is for the Flight Simulator Experience only and does not include flights to Singapore, accommodation or transportation to the venue. We cannot guarantee flight availability in and out of Singapore on your preferred dates; however, we can assist you to find the best available dates for your schedule. For members based overseas, we will not deduct miles for your booked session until you have confirmed your flights.
