PPS Club qualification
Priority treatment every step of the way
As a KrisFlyer member, flying on Singapore Airlines Suites, First Class, or Business Class, and spending with the Singapore Airlines Group earns you PPS Value. By accumulating it, you advance towards joining the PPS Club.
As a PPS Club member, accumulating PPS Value can upgrade you to our highest level of membership – Solitaire PPS Club status, as well as other PPS Rewards.
Changes were made to our Solitaire PPS Club membership requirements on 1 June 2018. If you became a Solitaire PPS Club member before that date, you only need 25,000 PPS Value to requalify each membership year. During your membership year, eligible PPS Value earned on top of the renewal requirement is saved as Reserve Value, which will continue to be valid for 6 membership years.

Earn PPS Value when you fly in Singapore Airlines Suites, First Class, or Business Class. Flight PPS Value can be used to qualify or requalify for PPS Club and Solitaire PPS Club status, and to earn PPS Rewards.
Awarded PPS Value is derived from the total airfare and applicable surcharge, but not airport taxes. It is calculated in Singapore dollars, which means that if you purchase your ticket in another currency, the airfare and surcharge portions are converted to Singapore dollars to determine PPS Value. The conversion is based on the monthly exchange rates of the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
When flying Business or First Class on a codeshare flight, you earn PPS Value if the flight is on a Singapore Airlines aircraft.
For bookings that mix miles and cash, the amount of PPS Value you earn will be in proportion to the fare that you have paid with your credit or debit card. If the full fare is paid with KrisFlyer miles, no PPS Value will be earned.
Even when you are not flying, you can earn 1 PPS Value for every SGD 3 spent with Kris+, KrisShop, and Pelago. Non-flight PPS Value can only be used to qualify or requalify for PPS Club and Solitaire PPS Club status, and to earn PPS Rewards.

Total PPS Value required to qualify or requalify for each tier
All PPS Value earned from flying can be used for qualification and requalification. As for PPS Value earned through non-flight spending, a portion of it may be used for qualification and requalification, capped at 2,500 PPS Value for PPS Club members and 5,000 PPS Value for Solitaire PPS Club members.
Together, PPS Value that can be used for qualification and requalification is known as eligible PPS Value. For requalification, any eligible PPS Value beyond the requalification requirement will be saved as Reserve Value.
Example 1:
PPS Club member A has earned 9,000 PPS Value from flying and 11,000 PPS Value from non-flight spending within 12 consecutive months. Only 2,500 non-flight PPS Value will count towards requalification, as 2,500 is the maximum amount of non-flight PPS Value allowed to be used for requalification. The remaining 8,500 non-flight PPS Value is not eligible PPS Value, and will not be saved as Reserve Value for future requalification.
PPS Club member A does not meet the requirement of 25,000 PPS Value in 12 consecutive months and will not requalify for PPS Club.
Example 2:
Solitaire PPS Club member B has earned 48,000 PPS Value from flying and 4,000 PPS Value from non-flight spending within 12 consecutive months. All 4,000 non-flight PPS Value will count towards requalification, as it falls within the maximum amount of non-flight PPS Value allowed to be used for requalification.
Solitaire PPS Club member B meets the requirement of 50,000 PPS Value in 12 consecutive months and will requalify for Solitaire PPS Club. The excess 2,000 eligible PPS Value is saved as Reserve Value for future requalification.
Reserve Value is the eligible PPS Value that is earned in excess of requalification requirements. It can be brought forward for future requalification. It does not count towards PPS Rewards.
PPS Club members begin accumulating Reserve Value at the end of their first year of membership. As a PPS Club member, eligible PPS Value earned on top of 25,000 is saved as Reserve Value. Similarly, as a Solitaire PPS Club member, eligible PPS Value earned on top of 50,000 is saved as Reserve Value. Each membership year, your PPS Club or Solitaire PPS Club membership will be renewed if the total amount of Reserve Value and PPS Value you have is at least 25,000 or 50,000 respectively.
Reserve Value is valid for three years (until the end of the 36th month). Your membership will be renewed using your oldest Reserve Value first, before utilising the PPS Value earned in your current membership year.
After the end of the membership year in which it was accrued, Reserve Value is credited to your account and can be viewed in your online account statement. You can access your online account statements by logging in to your KrisFlyer account or via monthly e-statements sent to your email address registered with KrisFlyer.
