For flights between Cebu and Kolkata, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg for Lite and Value fares; 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Cebu–Singapore Boeing 737-8 MAX sector and the Singapore–Kolkata Airbus A350-900 sector, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width. Business Class features a fully flat bed with generous personal space and direct aisle access on the Airbus A350-900.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cebu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If your layover at Singapore Changi Airport is long enough, you can consider joining a free official city tour, which typically requires a minimum transit time of around 5.5 to 6 hours. This offers a relaxed glimpse of Singapore before you continue to Kolkata.

For shorter layovers, staying airside at Changi Airport is very comfortable. You will find themed gardens, quiet rest areas, children’s play zones, and in some terminals, attractions such as indoor slides or viewing decks.
