For flights between Cebu and Osaka, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg for Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Standard and Flexi), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg), and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Cebu to Osaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cebu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible passengers may use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

With a longer connection of around 5.5 hours or more, you can consider joining an official transit tour into the city to see highlights before returning to the airport. For shorter layovers, you can relax in themed gardens, quiet rest areas, or snooze zones, and families can enjoy play areas and entertainment spaces. There are also showers, transit hotels, and plenty of dining and shopping options within the terminals.
