For flights between Christchurch and Shenzhen, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers enjoy 35kg, and Business Class customers enjoy 40kg.

Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg for safety reasons. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance shown on your e-ticket will apply, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.
