For flights between Munich and Guangzhou, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage for Economy Class is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers have 35kg, and Business Class customers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

At Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Munich but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers an official free transit tour for eligible passengers with a layover of at least around 5.5 to 6 hours, allowing you to briefly discover the city between flights. You can register for these tours in the transit area, subject to availability and entry requirements.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is very comfortable, with gardens, themed rest areas, play zones, and quiet seating areas spread across the terminals. You can also enjoy airport attractions, relax in nap zones, or freshen up in rest and shower facilities.
