For flights between Shenzhen and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their KrisFlyer number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Shenzhen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers an official free transit tour for eligible passengers with a long enough layover, typically requiring at least around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. If your connection is within this time frame, you can consider joining a guided city tour, subject to the latest airport programme and entry requirements.
