Beverage Service
Throughout your journey, you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and a curated range of alcoholic beverages. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board.

For flights between Adelaide and Dubai, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may carry one piece up to 7kg. First Class and Business Class passengers may carry two pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Adelaide to Dubai once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Adelaide–Singapore sector operated by the Boeing 787-10, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access.

On the Singapore–Dubai sector operated by the Boeing 777-300ER, Economy Class also offers approximately 32 inches of pitch and up to 19 inches of width, Premium Economy Class provides around 38 inches of pitch and up to 20 inches of width, Business Class features fully flat beds with direct aisle access, and First Class offers a spacious seat that converts into a fully flat bed.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Eligible customers may have access to The Private Room, the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), the SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Adelaide but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy one of the worlds most comfortable transit experiences. For longer layovers of around 5.5 hours or more, you may join an official city tour, allowing you to see highlights of Singapore before returning for your onward flight.

If you prefer to stay airside or have a shorter connection, Changi Airport offers indoor gardens, rest areas, play zones, and quiet corners for work or relaxation. There are also shower facilities, transit hotels, and plentiful dining and shopping options spread across the terminals.

Dubai operates on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) year-round. Dubai is typically 5.5 hours behind Adelaide in winter and 6.5 hours behind during Adelaide's daylight saving period.

Yes, your baggage will typically be checked through to Dubai International Airport when flying from Adelaide via Singapore on a single booking with Singapore Airlines.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Dubai is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
