For flights between Adelaide and Los Angeles, our piece concept applies for checked baggage. In Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Premium Economy Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Business Class, you may check in 2 pieces, each up to 32kg. Each individual piece must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on Singapore Airlines services between Adelaide and Los Angeles via Singapore. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Adelaide but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive airside facilities to make your layover comfortable, including themed gardens, rest areas, and family-friendly spaces. With a longer connection of around 5.5 hours or more, you can consider joining the airport’s official free city tour, subject to operating hours and eligibility. For shorter layovers, you can enjoy quiet zones, spa services, and a wide range of dining and shopping without leaving the terminal. Los Angeles uses Pacific Standard Time (UTC-8) and Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7, roughly March to early November). The time difference therefore ranges between 17 and 18.5 hours, depending on the time of year, so we recommend checking close to your departure date.
