For flights between Adelaide and Phuket, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers have 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring one piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring two pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may be able to use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and frequent flyer status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of ways to spend your layover comfortably, from indoor gardens and art installations to quiet rest areas and transit hotels. For shorter layovers, you can explore the terminals, enjoy the shops and dining, or relax in one of the themed garden spaces.

If you have a longer connection of at least around 5.5 to 6 hours, you may be able to join one of the airport's free city transit tours, subject to eligibility and schedules, giving you a brief glimpse of Singapore before returning for your onward flight. Always check current tour requirements before you travel.
