Throughout the flight, a selection of hot and cold beverages is available, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. Our signature Singapore Sling is also served on board.

For flights between Ahmedabad and Busan, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares and 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection supports messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Ahmedabad–Singapore and Singapore–Busan sectors, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, providing good comfort for regional and medium-haul journeys. Business Class features a fully flat bed on these sectors, with every seat offering direct aisle access for greater privacy and ease of movement.

On the Ahmedabad to Busan route via Singapore, Singapore Airlines offers Business Class and Economy Class on both the Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 737-8 MAX sectors. This gives you a consistent choice of cabins throughout your journey.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

For layovers of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may consider joining one of Singapore Changi Airport's official transit tours, which offer a brief introduction to the city without the need to manage logistics yourself. For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy the airport's gardens, walking trails, rest zones, and family-friendly attractions, or simply relax with a meal and a hot shower. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

In Ahmedabad, eligible Singapore Airlines customers departing on the Ahmedabad–Singapore sector may be able to access The Lounge at AMD, depending on their cabin class or frequent flyer status. Access entitlements are confirmed at check-in and on your boarding pass.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and KrisFlyer or Star Alliance status. Lounge eligibility is based on your onward flight from Singapore.

Ahmedabad follows India Standard Time (IST), which is UTC+5:30 year-round and does not observe daylight saving time. Busan follows Korea Standard Time (KST), which is UTC+9:00 and also does not observe daylight saving time. Busan is therefore 3.5 hours ahead of Ahmedabad throughout the year.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality, purpose of travel, and length of stay. We recommend checking the latest information with the Embassy or Consulate of South Korea, as well as any transit requirements for Singapore, before you book and again shortly before departure.

On arrival at Busan Gimhae International Airport, you will proceed through immigration, baggage claim, and customs before entering the arrivals hall. From there, you can connect to the city using public transport, airport buses, or authorised taxis. Check local guidance for the latest transport routes and journey times.

For international flights from Ahmedabad to Busan via Singapore, we recommend arriving at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport at least three hours before departure. This allows enough time for check-in, security screening, and immigration formalities before you board your flight.
