For flights between Ahmedabad and Phuket, our weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance shown on your e-ticket is the one that applies to your journey, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Ahmedabad to Phuket once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class travellers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Ahmedabad to Singapore and Singapore to Phuket sectors, Economy Class seats offer a pitch of around 32 inches and up to 19 inches of seat width, designed for comfortable long and short flights.

Eligible customers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Ahmedabad but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide range of ways to spend your layover, from themed gardens and art installations to quiet rest areas and transit hotels. If you have at least 5.5 hours between flights and meet the requirements, you may be able to join a free city tour to see more of Singapore.

For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy amenities such as relaxing seating zones, children’s play areas, and a variety of shops and dining outlets spread across the terminals. Some terminals also feature attractions like indoor gardens and curated spaces where you can stretch your legs between flights.

Ahmedabad follows India Standard Time (IST), which is UTC+5:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Phuket follows Indochina Time (ICT), which is UTC+7:00 and also does not change seasonally. Phuket is therefore 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of Ahmedabad throughout the year.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Ahmedabad–Singapore and Singapore–Phuket) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Phuket is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
