For flights between Brisbane and Jakarta, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg, Business Class passengers have 40kg, and First Class passengers have 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Brisbane to Jakarta once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Eligible customers may be able to access The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Brisbane but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities that make layovers comfortable and engaging. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may be able to join the airport's free city sightseeing tour, subject to availability and timing, to get a glimpse of Singapore between flights.

For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy themed gardens, rest areas, and entertainment zones. Depending on your terminal, you may also find facilities such as nap zones, wet areas like pools, and play spaces for children, as well as a wide choice of dining and shopping.
