For flights between Busan and Cebu, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. Checked baggage: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite/Value fares and 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares, while Business Class passengers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge before their onward flight.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy one of the world's most passenger-friendly hubs. For longer layovers of around 5.5 hours or more, you may join the airport's free guided city tour, which lets you see highlights of Singapore without arranging your own transport.

If you prefer to stay airside, the airport offers themed gardens, quiet rest areas, entertainment zones, and, in some terminals, attractions such as indoor slides and viewing decks. Shorter layovers can be spent relaxing in seating areas, freshening up, or exploring the dining options across the terminals.
