For flights between Cebu and Milan, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class includes 35kg of checked baggage, and Business Class includes 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Cebu–Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches, with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access on the Boeing 737-8 MAX. On the Singapore–Milan sector on the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class also offers around 32 inches of pitch with up to 19 inches of width, Premium Economy Class provides 38 inches of pitch with up to 20 inches of width, and Business Class again features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cebu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities for both short and longer layovers, including themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and family-friendly spaces. With a longer connection, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, typically requiring at least 5.5 to 6 hours of layover time. For shorter stops, you can enjoy walking trails, relaxation zones, and a wide choice of dining and shopping options without leaving the terminal. Milan follows Central European Time (UTC+1) in roughly late October to late March, and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) from late March to late October.
