For flights between Perth and Cebu, our baggage policy is based on the weight concept. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact baggage allowance will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Perth to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Perth but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may be invited to use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

For shorter layovers at Singapore Changi Airport, you can stay airside and enjoy themed gardens, quiet rest areas, and a wide range of shops and dining options. Depending on your terminal, there are features such as indoor greenery, play zones, and airport hotels for added comfort.

With a longer layover of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider joining one of the airport’s official transit tours into the city, subject to eligibility and schedule. These tours are designed for transfer passengers and allow you to see key highlights before returning for your onward flight.

If you prefer to remain in the terminal, you can relax in seating zones, freshen up at selected facilities, or simply explore the different concourses. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.
