For flights between Perth and Surabaya, our weight concept applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Perth to Surabaya once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class passengers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. For longer stops of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider joining an official transit tour that gives a glimpse of the city before returning comfortably to the airport. For shorter layovers, it is best to stay airside and enjoy the airport itself.
