Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Sydney to Hanoi once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. For example, if you fly Economy from Sydney but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may use The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is well suited to layovers, with themed gardens, art installations, and quiet seating areas in every terminal. On longer connections, you can explore attractions such as indoor greenery, play areas, and comfortable rest zones without leaving the airport.

If your layover is at least 5.5 hours, you may be able to join a free city tour organised from the airport, subject to eligibility and operating hours. For shorter stops, you can enjoy showers, nap areas, airport hotels, or simply relax in the many cafés and dining outlets.
