For flights between Cebu and Riyadh, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers have 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Cebu to Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a comfortable 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. On the Singapore to Riyadh sector, Economy Class again features around 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, and Business Class offers a fully flat bed with direct aisle access for a restful overnight or long-haul flight.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a dedicated Free Singapore Tour for eligible transit passengers with sufficient layover time, generally requiring a minimum of around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. For shorter stops, you can enjoy indoor gardens, quiet zones, rest areas, and a wide choice of dining and shopping right inside the terminal. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait - it is an integral part of your journey.

At Mactan-Cebu International Airport, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may use partner lounge facilities before boarding the Cebu–Singapore sector, subject to their class of travel or frequent flyer status. Pay-per-use options may also be available if you would like a quiet place to relax or work before departure.

For most through-tickets from Cebu to Riyadh on Singapore Airlines, we check your baggage through to your final destination at Cebu, so you do not need to collect it during your layover in Singapore. Your baggage tags and boarding passes will show your final routing; please confirm this at check-in.

Cebu follows Asia/Manila time (UTC+8) and does not observe daylight saving time. Riyadh follows Asia/Riyadh time (UTC+3), also without daylight saving time. This means Riyadh is 5 hours behind Cebu throughout the year, so when it is 15.00 in Cebu, it is 10.00 in Riyadh.

We recommend arriving at Mactan-Cebu International Airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure to Singapore. This gives you enough time for check-in, security screening, and immigration, especially when you are travelling with checked baggage or during busy travel periods.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the purpose and length of your stay in Saudi Arabia, as well as any entry rules for transiting through Singapore. We recommend checking the latest information with the relevant embassies or official government websites before you travel.

When you arrive in Riyadh from Singapore, you will clear immigration, collect your checked baggage, and pass customs before entering the arrivals hall. Signage is in multiple languages, and you can follow the airport wayfinding to find transport options and meeting points. Allow extra time if you have onward domestic connections.
