For flights between Cebu and Surabaya, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite and Value fares, 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Cebu to Surabaya once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class and Premium Economy Class travellers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cebu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may be able to use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

If your layover at Singapore Changi Airport is more than about 5.5 hours, you can consider joining one of the official free transit tours into the city, subject to eligibility and scheduling. For shorter connections, it is best to stay airside and explore the airport's facilities, including themed gardens, rest zones, and quiet seating areas.

Changi Airport offers a wide range of amenities such as play areas, art installations, and, in some terminals, swimming pools or cinemas, so you can relax or stretch your legs between flights. There are also transit hotels and nap facilities if you prefer to rest in privacy during a longer layover.
