For flights between Copenhagen and Kuala Lumpur, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg; Business Class passengers may check 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Copenhagen to Singapore sector operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch with up to 20 inches of seat width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Copenhagen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible passengers may be invited to lounges such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport, depending on cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive facilities that make layovers comfortable and enjoyable. With a longer connection, you can join one of the airport’s free transit tours into the city, which typically require a minimum layover of about 5.5 to 6 hours, subject to the programme’s current conditions.

For shorter layovers, stay airside and enjoy themed gardens, rest areas, and family-friendly spaces across the terminals. Depending on the terminal, you may find indoor nature features, play areas, and nap zones designed to help you refresh between flights.

If you prefer to unwind quietly, consider booking an airport hotel or using shower facilities where available. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.
