For flights between Copenhagen and Seattle, the piece concept applies for checked baggage. In Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, you may bring 2 pieces, each up to 23kg. In Business Class, you may bring 2 pieces, each up to 32kg, and each individual checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Copenhagen to Seattle once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Copenhagen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible passengers may be invited to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.
