For flights between Delhi and Jakarta, the weight concept applies for checked baggage. Checked baggage: Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg, Business Class passengers have 40kg, and Suites and First Class passengers have 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Suites, First Class, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Delhi to Jakarta once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can choose from paid plans. The service is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Delhi but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible passengers may be invited to The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is well suited to both shorter and longer layovers. For connections of around 5.5 hours or more, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and timing. This gives you a brief glimpse of Singapore before your onward flight.

If you prefer to stay airside, Changi Airport offers themed gardens, quiet rest zones, art installations, and family-friendly play areas spread across its terminals. You can also enjoy a wide selection of dining options and shops without leaving the transit area.

Delhi operates on India Standard Time (IST), which is UTC+5:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Jakarta uses Western Indonesia Time (WIB), which is UTC+7:00, also without daylight saving. Jakarta is therefore 1 hour 30 minutes ahead of Delhi throughout the year.
