For flights between Frankfurt and Bangkok, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg for Lite/Value fares, 30kg for Standard/Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), First Class (50kg), and Suites (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg), and Suites, First Class, and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights between Frankfurt, Singapore, and Bangkok once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service supports messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On all sectors between Frankfurt, Singapore, and Bangkok, Economy Class offers a 32-inch pitch with up to a 19-inch seat width, and Premium Economy Class provides a 38-inch pitch with up to a 20-inch seat width where available. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Frankfurt but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible customers may be invited to The Private Room, SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a wide choice of ways to relax and explore during your layover. With at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you can consider joining one of the airport's organised transit tours into the city to see key sights before returning for your onward flight. For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy themed gardens, rest areas, entertainment zones, and, in selected terminals, attractions such as indoor waterfalls and viewing decks.
