For flights between Hanoi and Phuket, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Business Class, 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 1 piece up to 7kg; Business Class, 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance shown on your e-ticket is based on your itinerary and fare type, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Hanoi to Phuket once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

With a longer layover of at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider joining an official transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and operating hours. For shorter connections, stay airside to enjoy dining, shopping, and relaxation spaces near your departure gate. At Hanoi (Noi Bai) International Airport, eligible Singapore Airlines customers can access partner lounge facilities such as the SH Premium Lounge Ha Noi before departing for Singapore. Access depends on your cabin class, KrisFlyer status, or Star Alliance status, as shown on your boarding pass.
