Checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Economy Class Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Economy Class Standard and Flexi fares, 40kg for Business Class, and each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Perth to Penang once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Perth but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If your layover at Singapore Changi Airport is at least 5.5 hours, you can consider joining one of the official transit tours that takes you into the city for a short introduction to Singapore’s skyline and waterfront. Otherwise, you will find plentiful airside attractions, including indoor gardens, rest areas, and quiet corners for reading or work.

Shorter layovers can be comfortably spent exploring Changi Airport’s terminals, where you will discover themed gardens, art displays, and dedicated snooze areas. Some terminals also offer play spaces, cinema-style entertainment, and transit hotels if you prefer a private room between flights.
