For flights between Shenzhen and Nagoya, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Shenzhen to Nagoya once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Wi-Fi is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Shenzhen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

At Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy themed gardens, art installations, rest areas, and a wide choice of dining options without leaving the terminal. Depending on the terminal, there are also facilities such as quiet zones, transit hotels, and spa services to help you refresh.

If you have a longer daytime layover, you may be able to join an official city tour from the airport, subject to eligibility and minimum connection times. Shorter layovers are well spent exploring the terminals, relaxing in seating areas, or making use of showers where available.

Shenzhen follows China Standard Time (UTC+8) and does not observe daylight saving time. Nagoya follows Japan Standard Time (UTC+9), also without daylight saving time. This means Nagoya is 1 hour ahead of Shenzhen throughout the year.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Shenzhen–Singapore and Singapore–Nagoya) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Nagoya is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
