For flights between Osaka and Jakarta, our weight-concept policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests enjoy 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests have 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring one piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class guests may bring two pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most aircraft operating between Osaka, Singapore, and Jakarta once we are above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free, unlimited Wi-Fi; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members can choose from paid Wi-Fi plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Osaka to Singapore sector operated by the Boeing 787-10, Economy Class typically offers a 32-inch seat pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access.

On the Singapore to Jakarta sector operated by the Boeing 777-300ER, Economy Class usually offers a 32-inch seat pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class provides a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, Business Class features fully flat beds with direct aisle access, and First Class offers a spacious fully flat bed.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is very comfortable. You can explore themed gardens, quiet rest zones, playgrounds, and a wide range of dining and shopping options. Airport hotels and nap facilities are also available within the terminals.

At Kansai International Airport (KIX), eligible Singapore Airlines customers may access designated departure lounges before flying to Singapore. Access depends on your cabin class and frequent flyer status, and will be confirmed at check-in or on your boarding pass.

For a single Singapore Airlines itinerary from Osaka to Jakarta, we usually check your baggage through to your final destination at Kansai International Airport. You can remain in transit at Singapore Changi Airport without collecting your checked baggage during the layover.

Osaka follows Japan Standard Time (UTC+9) and does not observe daylight saving time. Jakarta follows Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7) and also does not change clocks. Jakarta is typically 2 hours behind Osaka throughout the year.
