For flights between Riyadh and Perth, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares, while Business Class passengers have an allowance of 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance shown on your e-ticket will apply, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on our flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure to enjoy this, and the same applies to other cabins. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Riyadh–Singapore and Singapore–Perth sectors operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width. Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access from every seat, giving you more space to rest and work throughout the journey.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Riyadh but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible passengers may be able to use facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport offers many ways to spend your layover comfortably. For longer connections, you can consider joining an official transit tour into the city, usually available for layovers of about 5.5 hours or more, subject to operating conditions and eligibility. For shorter layovers, you can relax in themed gardens, use quiet rest areas, or visit facilities such as cinemas and relaxation zones. Riyadh operates on Arabia Standard Time (UTC+3) year-round, without daylight saving time. Perth uses Australian Western Standard Time (UTC+8) and also does not observe daylight saving time. This means Perth is consistently 5 hours ahead of Riyadh throughout the year.
