Frequent Flyer to convert Miles and Points
between both programmes*.
Converting your KrisFlyer Miles to Velocity
Points will give you access to a greater range
of non-flight redemption options, including
access to the Velocity Rewards Store. In
addition, you will have greater access to
upgrades and Reward Seats across all classes of
travel on Virgin Australia.

How Miles Conversion Works
If you are a
member of Virgin Australia’s loyalty program
Velocity Frequent Flyer,
you can set up a link between both accounts
using three simple steps:

For every 1.35 KrisFlyer
Miles converted, you will
receive 1 Velocity Point.
A minimum of 5,000 KrisFlyer
Miles is required for
each conversion. |

earn and redeem Velocity Points you must be a
Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points
earn and redemption are subject to the Member
Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to
