For Beijing to Riyadh flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite/Value fares, 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and First Class (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg), and First Class and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Beijing to Singapore sector, Economy Class offers a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class on selected Boeing 777-300ER services offers a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access, and First Class on the Boeing 777-300ER also features a fully flat bed.

On the Singapore to Riyadh sector, Economy Class provides a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, while Business Class offers a fully flat bed with direct aisle access, giving you the option to rest or work comfortably on the longer overnight or daytime sector.

On both sectors between Beijing, Singapore, and Riyadh, most seats are equipped with a personal entertainment screen offering our KrisWorld system. Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy themed gardens, art installations, rest areas, and a wide selection of dining and shopping. With a longer layover of at least around 5.5 to 6 hours, you may consider joining the airport’s official free transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and operating hours. For shorter connections, staying airside and exploring the terminals is convenient and relaxing. In Beijing, eligible customers may be invited to use partner lounges such as the Air China Lounge at Beijing Capital International Airport or the BCS Lounge at Beijing Daxing International Airport, depending on their departure airport and cabin or membership status. For most Beijing to Riyadh itineraries booked on a single Singapore Airlines ticket, we will check your baggage through from Beijing to Riyadh, so you do not need to collect it in Singapore. You should always confirm the baggage tag to Riyadh at check-in, and keep essential items in your cabin baggage.

Beijing follows China Standard Time (UTC+8) all year, with no daylight saving time. Riyadh follows Arabia Standard Time (UTC+3), also without daylight saving time. This means Riyadh is 5 hours behind Beijing throughout the year.

Singapore Airlines operates flights from both Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) and Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) to Singapore, connecting onwards to Riyadh. Our Beijing–Singapore–Riyadh itineraries are booked with a minimum connecting time that allows you to transfer comfortably within Singapore Changi Airport.
