Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi fares: 30kg) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Chongqing to Da Nang once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Before your flight from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, eligible Singapore Airlines customers can relax in the International First and Business Class Lounge. Chongqing follows China Standard Time (UTC+8) and does not observe daylight saving time. Da Nang follows Indochina Time (UTC+7) and also does not observe daylight saving time. This means Da Nang is 1 hour behind Chongqing throughout the year.
