For flights between Kathmandu and Hanoi, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: in Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg; in Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each individual checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet.
