For flights between Kuala Lumpur and Cebu, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests, available on selected Kuala Lumpur to Singapore sectors, may bring 35kg. Business Class guests may bring 40kg. Suites and First Class are not available on this route. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Kuala Lumpur to Cebu once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may be able to access the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. At Kuala Lumpur International Airport, eligible travellers can use the Global Lounge before departure.

Mactan-Cebu International Airport is located on Mactan Island, connected to Cebu City by bridges. On arrival, you will pass through immigration and baggage claim before reaching the public area, where transport options such as taxis, ride-hailing services, and hotel shuttles are available. Allow extra time during peak traffic periods when travelling to or from the city.
