For flights between Hyderabad and Jakarta, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class guests may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class guests enjoy 35kg, Business Class 40kg, and First Class 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members have additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Singapore–Jakarta sector, the Boeing 777-300ER offers Economy Class with a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class with a 38-inch pitch and up to 20-inch seat width, Business Class with fully flat beds and direct aisle access, and First Class with a fully flat bed in an enhanced private space.

From Hyderabad to Singapore, you can choose between Business Class and Economy Class. From Singapore to Jakarta on the Boeing 777-300ER, First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class, and Economy Class are available. Your selected combination will apply across the two sectors of your journey.

Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Singapore Changi Airport offers a free official transit tour for eligible passengers with a layover of at least about 5.5 to 6 hours, allowing you to briefly explore the city.
