1. General
1.1 By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. Miles cannot be earned on discounted rentals.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This Offer is available only for KrisFlyer members.
2.2 To benefit from this Offer, you must book your car rental via the dedicated KrisFlyer and Europcar landing page: https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/krisflyer
2.3 You must present a valid KrisFlyer membership card (digital or physical) in the name of the Member making the booking at the Europcar station when picking up the rented vehicle.
2.4 The same Member cannot earn benefits for more than one rental at any given time, and only one rental can be recorded within the scope of this Offer
3. Promotional Period and Pick-up Period
3.1 This Offer is valid for rental bookings made between July 29, 2026, and September 21, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), and pick-up between July 29, 2026, and November 1, 2026, unless otherwise extended or modified at Europcar’s own and entire discretion.
4. Offer Details
4.1 As a KrisFlyer member, you can earn a baseline of 500 miles for every eligible booking, which will be doubled (2X miles) for qualifying rentals of 2 to 4 consecutive days and tripled (3X miles) for rentals of 5 or more consecutive days.
4.2 This Offer applies to all vehicle categories and replaces any existing tier-based bonuses for the duration of the Promotional Period.
4.3 This Offer is valid for bookings made during the Promotional Period only.
4.4 Miles should be credited to the member’s account within 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the car rental.
4.5 Miles earned through this Offer are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4.6 Only the KrisFlyer member renting the car can earn Miles.
4.7 This Offer is not available for car rental bookings made in the USA, Canada, Japan, and China.
4.8 This Offer is applicable for rentals with a maximum duration of 21 days. Rentals exceeding 21 days will not be eligible for the promotional multipliers.
5. Assistance
5.1 In the event of any required assistance with the car rental, Members must liaise with Europcar Station from which the car was rented and show their rental receipt.
