For journeys between Zurich and Da Nang, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class, 25kg on Lite and Value fares or 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class, 35kg; Business Class, 40kg; First Class, 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, 1 piece up to 7kg; Business Class and First Class, 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Zurich to Da Nang once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

When departing from Zurich, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be invited to use partner lounges at Zurich Airport, such as the Senator Lounge E or SWISS Business Lounge E, depending on cabin class and frequent flyer status. Lounge access is determined by your departing flight from Zurich and your eligibility at the time of travel.

Da Nang follows Indochina Time (UTC+7) year-round. This means Da Nang is 6 hours ahead of Zurich in winter and 5 hours ahead in summer.
