A varied beverage selection is available, including hot and cold drinks and a choice of alcoholic options. Our signature Singapore Sling is also available on board for you to enjoy during your flight.

For flights between Kathmandu and Seoul, our baggage policy is based on the weight concept. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers may check up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance applicable to your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Kathmandu to Seoul once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Kathmandu to Singapore sector, operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, while Business Class provides a fully flat bed with generous personal space.

On the Singapore to Seoul sector, operated by the Boeing 787-10, Economy Class also features around 32 inches of pitch and up to 19 inches of seat width, and Business Class offers a fully flat bed with direct aisle access from every seat for added comfort on the longer leg.

On the Kathmandu to Seoul route via Singapore, Singapore Airlines offers Economy Class and Business Class on both the Boeing 737-8 MAX and the Boeing 787-10. This gives you a consistent choice of cabins across both sectors of your journey.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you have many choices for how to spend your time. For longer layovers, you can join an official transit tour into the city, which usually requires a minimum of around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, allowing you to see key sights before returning for your connection.

For shorter layovers, staying airside is comfortable and convenient. Singapore Changi Airport offers themed gardens, rest areas, entertainment zones, and a wide range of dining and shopping outlets. You can simply relax, freshen up, or explore the terminals at your own pace. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

In Kathmandu, eligible Singapore Airlines passengers may use the Horizon Lounge before departure, depending on their cabin class or frequent flyer status. Lounge access is confirmed at check-in or on your boarding pass.

During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible passengers may be invited to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and frequent flyer status. Lounge details will be indicated on your boarding pass or advised at the transfer desk.

Kathmandu follows Asia/Kathmandu time (UTC+5:45) and does not observe daylight saving time. Seoul follows Asia/Seoul time (UTC+9:00) and also does not observe daylight saving time. Seoul is therefore 3 hours 15 minutes ahead of Kathmandu throughout the year.

For flights from Kathmandu to Seoul via Singapore, we recommend arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure time. This allows enough time for check-in, security checks, and immigration formalities.

From Incheon International Airport, you can reach central Seoul using rail services, airport buses, or taxis, with clear signs in English to guide you. Journey times vary by option and traffic conditions, so we recommend checking local transport information before you travel.
