For flights between Dhaka and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi: 30kg) and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is indicated on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on eligible Singapore Airlines flights between Dhaka, Singapore, and Denpasar Bali. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Boeing 787-10 between Dhaka and Singapore and the Boeing 737-8 MAX between Singapore and Denpasar Bali, Economy Class seats offer approximately 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width. Business Class provides a fully flat bed with generous space and direct aisle access on both sectors.

At Dhaka, eligible Singapore Airlines customers may be able to use partner facilities such as the Balaka Executive Lounge or Sky Lounge before their departure to Singapore. Access depends on your cabin class, fare type, or frequent flyer status, and is confirmed at check-in.

For a single Singapore Airlines itinerary from Dhaka to Denpasar Bali via Singapore, we usually check your baggage through to your final destination. You will receive baggage tags showing Denpasar Bali, and there is no need to collect your checked baggage in Singapore unless advised otherwise by our airport staff.
