For London to Surabaya flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi fares: 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and Suites or First Class (50kg) on sectors where these cabins are offered. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg), and Suites, First Class, and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from London to Surabaya once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.
