For flights between New York and Jakarta, the piece concept applies for checked baggage. Checked baggage allowances are: Premium Economy Class (2 pieces, each up to 23kg) and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 32kg); on the Singapore–Jakarta sector, Economy Class (2 pieces, each up to 23kg) and First Class (2 pieces, each up to 32kg) also apply. Each individual piece must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg) and Business Class and First Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from New York to Jakarta once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.
