For flights between Da Nang and Dhaka, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg for Lite and Value fares, and 30kg for Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The exact baggage allowance for your ticket is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on board once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on applicable sectors of the Da Nang–Singapore–Dhaka journey. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Da Nang but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable transits, with themed gardens, rest areas, and family-friendly spaces located across the terminals. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you can consider joining an official free transit tour into the city, subject to eligibility and tour schedules.

For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy facilities such as quiet zones, free seating areas, and curated attractions that help you stretch your legs between flights. There are also transit hotels and shower facilities if you would like to refresh before your onward journey.

Through-Check Conditions
