For flights between Da Nang and Colombo, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: Economy Class guests may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class guests may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class guests may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class guests may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on eligible aircraft once the flight is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Da Nang to Singapore sector operated by the Boeing 737-8 MAX, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, while Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. Da Nang follows Indochina Time (ICT), which is UTC+7 year-round and does not observe daylight saving time. Colombo follows Sri Lanka Standard Time (SLST), which is UTC+5:30 and also does not observe daylight saving time. Colombo is therefore 1 hour 30 minutes behind Da Nang throughout the year.
