Throughout your flights you can enjoy a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including juices, soft drinks, and hot drinks. Our signature Singapore Sling is available on board, alongside a curated selection of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

For flights between Amsterdam and Bengaluru, our weight concept applies for checked baggage. For Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Premium Economy Class includes 35kg, and Business Class includes 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on the Amsterdam–Singapore and Singapore–Bengaluru sectors once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is ideal for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Amsterdam–Singapore and Singapore–Bengaluru sectors operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of about 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width. Premium Economy Class provides a seat pitch of about 38 inches with up to 20 inches of seat width.

At Singapore Changi Airport, longer layovers can be spent joining the official free transit tours into the city, which typically require at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. For shorter transits, you can enjoy indoor gardens, art installations, rest areas, and family zones within the terminals. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait - it is an integral part of your journey.

In Amsterdam, eligible customers may access partner lounges such as Swissport Aspire Lounge 41 or the Privium Lounge before departure. During your layover at Singapore Changi Airport, eligible travellers can relax in the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and frequent flyer status.

Amsterdam follows Central European Time (UTC+1) in winter and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) from roughly late March to late October. Bengaluru follows India Standard Time (UTC+5:30) year-round. Bengaluru is therefore 4.5 hours ahead of Amsterdam in winter, and 3.5 hours ahead when Amsterdam observes daylight saving time.
