For flights between Amsterdam and Jakarta, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg, and Business Class passengers may check 40kg. First Class passengers on the Singapore to Jakarta sector may check 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights between Amsterdam, Singapore, and Jakarta once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 777-300ER services between Amsterdam, Singapore, and Jakarta, our KrisWorld entertainment system offers a large selection of movies, TV shows, music, and games. Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

At Singapore Changi Airport, longer layovers can be used to join a city tour, which usually requires a minimum transit time of around 5.5 to 6 hours, letting you see highlights of Singapore between flights. For shorter layovers, you can relax in airport gardens, rest areas, or visit the swimming pool and entertainment zones.
