Singapore Airlines 50% Bonus Miles Promotion on Europe flights
^Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) and shall apply to KrisFlyer members registered in Australia (“Participants”).
2. Capitalised terms used but not defined in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings given to them in the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/ppsclub_krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/) (“Online Terms”).
3. To participate in the Promotion, Participants must book and complete an Eligible Transaction (as defined in clause 4 below) between 15 Jan 2026 to 04 Feb 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. “Eligible Transaction(s)” refers to the purchase and usage of air travel tickets for flights operated and marketed by SIA that satisfies the following criteria:
   1. The ticket is for return travel to Europe originating in Australia, and the four intercontinental sectors Australia–Singapore–Europe–Singapore–Australia must be operated by Singapore Airlines. Any such sector operated by another carrier (including on an SQ‑marketed codeshare) renders the ticket ineligible for Bonus Miles under this Promotion.
   2. European destinations Singapore Airlines operates include Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Istanbul, London, Manchester, Milan, Munich, Paris, Rome, Zurich.
   3. The itinerary may include flights within Australia or within Europe operated by partner airlines (including but not limited to Virgin Australia and Lufthansa), whether or not issued on the same ticket or as part of a joint venture itinerary; however, any sector operated by a partner airline will not earn bonus miles. Bonus miles are calculated on eligible SQ operated sectors of the itinerary only, whether wholly or partially.
   4. The tickets are purchased during the Promotional Period;
   5. The date of travel on the tickets falls between 01 Mar 2026 – 25 Nov 2026 (inclusive of both dates);
   6. The tickets are not First, Business, or Economy Class redemption bookings made with KrisFlyer miles;
   7. Travel must be completed by 25 Nov 2026.
5. Each registered KrisFlyer member listed as a traveller in the flight booking of an Eligible Transaction and who has completed travel on the ticket(s) (“Eligible KrisFlyer Member(s)”) shall be entitled to an additional award of 50% bonus KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) on the Eligible Transaction(s), in addition to any KrisFlyer miles the Eligible KrisFlyer Member would otherwise have earned in respect of the Eligible Transaction in accordance with the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/sg/ppsclub-krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/) (“KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions”) (“Earned Miles”). For avoidance of doubt and without prejudice to clause 4, each Eligible KrisFlyer Member must be registered as a KrisFlyer member by the end of the Promotion Period, and must have completed travel on the ticket under the Eligible Transaction by 25 Nov 2026, in order to be eligible for Bonus Miles under this clause 5.
6. Bonus Miles awarded are calculated as 50% of the total number of Earned Miles in respect of an Eligible Transaction.
7. Earned Miles and Bonus Miles are not eligible for tier qualification and may only be credited into Eligible KrisFlyer members’ own membership account after the travel is completed.
8. The Bonus Miles will be valid for a period of three years from the date on which they are credited into the Eligible KrisFlyer Member’s KrisFlyer account, following which they shall expire, and no extensions will be permitted.
9. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other campaigns or promotion.
10. Each individual is only permitted to hold one KrisFlyer membership account at any time, and any and all fraudulent or duplicate accounts, including the individual’s original KrisFlyer membership account, may be suspended and disqualified from the Promotion.
11. Bonus Miles earned under this Promotion may take up to four weeks to be credited into the Eligible KrisFlyer Member’s KrisFlyer account after the relevant travel is completed. In the event that the Bonus Miles are not credited to the Eligible KrisFlyer Member’s KrisFlyer account, the Eligible KrisFlyer Member may submit a retroactive claim request by logging into their KrisFlyer account and completing the form under the “Make a claim” section within 6 months from the completion of the relevant flight. Where no claim is submitted within this period, SIA shall have no further liability to the Eligible KrisFlyer Member for any uncredited Bonus Miles and late claims will not be considered.
12. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, SIA’s conditions of use of website (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/global_footer/conditions-of-use-website/), SIA’s Privacy Policy (found at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/au/global_footer/privacy-policy/), and the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions (collectively, “SIA Terms & Conditions”), and confirms that he or she has procured each Eligible KrisFlyer Member’s agreement to participate in and be bound by the SIA Terms and Conditions. A Participant or Eligible KrisFlyer Member may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion, and have any Bonus Miles awarded under the Promotion forfeited, withheld, or withdrawn, if the Participant or Eligible KrisFlyer Member commits:
    1. a material breach of the SIA Terms & Conditions; or
    2. any other breach of the SIA Terms & Conditions which is:
       1. not capable of being remedied; or
       2. is capable of being remedied, but is not remedied within 10 business days of written notice from SIA notifying the Participant or Eligible KrisFlyer Member of the breach and requesting that it be remedied.
13. SIA may vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion (including amendments to the eligible flight sectors, and Promotion Period) by providing at least 30 days' prior notice, in which case the variation will only apply from the date specified by SIA and, in any event, will not apply retrospectively or affect Bonus Miles for Eligible Transactions entered into by you prior to the variation taking effect. In some limited circumstances, SIA may need to vary these terms and conditions, terminate or otherwise amend this Promotion (including amendments to the eligible flight sectors, and Promotion Period) without providing at least 30 days' prior notice, in which case:
    1. SIA will provide as much advance notice of the variation as is reasonably practicable in the circumstances; and
    2. the variation must either:
       1. not be likely to result in material detriment to you;
       2. be required by law; or
       3. be reasonably necessary due to unexpected or operational issues beyond the reasonable control of SIA and/or to protect the infrastructure, systems, data, security or assets of SIA and/or your personal information (e.g. due to a cyber incident or other unauthorised access).
14. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under any applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. To the extent permitted under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law), SIA will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Participant may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss or injury) by participating in the Promotion, except to the extent that any such consequences, damage, loss or injury are caused or contributed to by SIA.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
