The Junior Cabin Crew Experience (FULLY SUBSCRIBED)

Singapore Airlines (“SIA”) is pleased to offer eligible PPS Club members an opportunity to redeem 40,000 KrisFlyer miles to attend a Junior Cabin Crew Experience (the “Event”) on the terms and conditions herein. The Event must be redeemed in full using KrisFlyer miles.

1. The details of the Event are as follows:
   1. The Event consists of an interactive cabin crew experience where the participating child may don the iconic SIA cabin crew uniform and embark on three condensed learning activities as follows:
      1. One (1) Grooming activity with makeup products and hairstyling products provided;
      2. One (1) Deportment activity with cabin crew uniform provided; and
      3. One (1) Practical activity at the mockup with drinks and snacks provided.
   2. The Event is to be attended by one participating child and the eligible PPS Club member as an accompanying adult (together, the "Participants"). The participating child must be one of the eligible PPS Club member's Redemption Group Nominees ("RGNs"). The recommended age range for the participating child is between 5 to 8 years old.
   3. The Event will take place at the SIA Training Centre, 720 Upper Changi Rd, Singapore 486852 (“STC”). The Event consists of multiple sessions occurring on different dates and times as indicated below or as may be notified to eligible PPS Club members by SIA from time to time:
      
      

      4 sessions are available, subject to availability. Each session can only accommodate 12 children + 12 accompanying adults

      1. 21 June 2025, 9.30am to 12.30pm or
      2. 21 June 2025, 1.30pm to 4.30pm or
      3. 28 June 2025, 9.30am to 12.30pm or
      4. 28 June 2025, 1.30pm to 4.30pm 
         
         SIA may, in its discretion, increase the capacity for each session. 
   4. Each eligible PPS Club member is allowed to redeem this Event only once, i.e., for one (1) participating child and an accompanying adult on one (1) of the available sessions.
2. To be eligible to redeem the Event, a PPS Club member must fulfil the following criteria:
   1. be a direct recipient of the electronic direct mailer (“eDM”) sent by SIA titled "PPS Club Reserves presents The Junior Cabin Crew Experience"; and
   2. have a balance of at least 40,000 KrisFlyer miles in their KrisFlyer membership account at the time of registration and redemption of the Event.
3. PPS Club members who wish to redeem the Event are invited to indicate their interest via the link provided in the eDM or to email the following information to PPSClub_Reserves@singaporeair.com.sg:
   1. their PPS Club membership number;
   2. the names and contact numbers of the proposed Participants; and
   3. their preferred session date and time for attendance of the Event.
4. Redemptions for the Event shall be on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed one week prior to the respective Event dates or when the respective Event is fully subscribed, whichever is earlier. An acknowledgement email will be sent to the eligible PPS Club member upon an application for redemption.
5. Confirmation of redemption of the Event shall be at SIA's sole and absolute discretion and SIA may require the prospective Participants to provide such information or comply with such procedures as SIA may prescribe. As the Event will be held in a restricted area, access to the premises will be subject to security screening. For the purposes of the security screening, SIA will require the following information from Participants (i.e. both the participating child and accompanying adult): (a) the last 3 digits and alphabet of NRIC/FIN/Passport number; and (b) nationality. SIA retains sole direction to deny access to Participants for any reason whatsoever, and SIA is not required to disclose the reason(s) for such denial of access.
6. Upon approval of security clearance for the Participants and confirmation of redemption of the Event, a confirmation eDM containing directions and instructions for the Event will be sent to the relevant PPS Club member. Registration for the Event is only confirmed when such confirmation eDM has been sent to the relevant PPS Club member. After confirmation has been given by SIA of the redemption of the Event, no refund or recharge of redeemed KrisFlyer miles will be provided in the event of a cancellation, or no show by the Participants.
7. All Participants are to adhere to all prevailing and applicable requirements, including any safe management measures ("SMM"), as may be communicated by the relevant authorities and/or SIA. Participants agree to comply with and adhere to all relevant requirements pursuant to any prevailing and applicable SMM as may be communicated by the relevant authorities and/or SIA when attending the Event.
8. In the event that a Participant is unable to attend the Event due to testing positive for COVID-19 or any other reason, SIA is not obliged to reschedule the Event or otherwise provide a replacement for the benefit of such Participant.
9. While SIA shall take the necessary steps and precautions in accordance with all prevailing SMM, Participants acknowledge that they are attending the Event at their own risk. SIA shall not be liable to any Participant in respect of any positive test result for COVID-19 following attendance at the Event.
10. In the event that the Event cannot proceed on the specified date(s) due to unforeseen circumstances, including circumstances arising from or related to COVID-19, SIA reserves the right to reschedule the Event to a later date. PPS Club members who are unable to attend the Event on the rescheduled date will have their corresponding KrisFlyer Miles credited back into their KrisFlyer membership account.
11. Unless otherwise specified, SIA will not be responsible for and will not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred by PPS Club member(s) and/or participating guest(s) in connection with the Event.
12. Cabin crew uniforms will be available for all participating children to be worn for the duration of the deportment activity on the day of the Event. However, availability of certain sizes may be limited, and participating children may be asked to select alternatives if their first choice is unavailable.
13. All makeup sets and hairstyling products used during the grooming activity are not manufactured by SIA. Accompanying adults are advised to check that the grooming kits are unopened at time of use and carefully read all packaging inserts, instructions, directions and warnings supplied by the manufacturer in connection with the products. If the participating children or accompanying adults have any sensitivities or allergies to any ingredients, they should not use those products. SIA shall not be liable for any misuse, allergic reactions or any injury suffered in connection with the use of these products.
14. SIA cannot guarantee that SIA will be able to accommodate any dietary restrictions and/or allergies, even if such dietary restriction(s) and/or allerg(ies) are separately communicated to SIA. SIA shall not be responsible or liable for any medical claims, reimbursement of expenses, losses or damages suffered or incurred by Participants in connection with the food and beverages served during the Event.
15. By registering for, redeeming, and/or participating in the Event, eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, no claim relating to any losses or injuries (including but not limited to special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against SIA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all of its respective agents, servants, contractors, directors, employees, for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from any cause in connection with the Event, including, without limitation, bodily injuries, death and property damage.
16. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants each agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and all of its respective directors, employees, servants, agents and contractors (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature arising out of, in connection with, or due to the Participants' participation in the Event, the use of any information or materials supplied by the eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants to the Indemnified Parties, the Participants' withdrawal from the Event for any reasons, or any act or omission of the eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants.
17. By registering for, redeeming and/or participating in the Event, the eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants each agree to comply and be bound by the terms and conditions herein, the conditions of use for the website, the SIA Privacy Policy, the SIA Cookie Policy, and the PPS Club/KrisFlyer terms. If an eligible PPS Club member and/or Participant does not comply with any of the foregoing terms, he/she may be disqualified from registering for, redeeming, and/or participating in the Event at any point, at SIA's sole and absolute discretion. 
    
    
18. SIA may capture photographs, audio, video, and other recordings ("Recordings") of the Participants during the Event. By registering for, redeeming, and/or participating in the Event, each eligible PPS Club member and/or Participant:
    
    a. consents to the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing (collectively, "Process" or "Processing") of such Recordings for commercial and/or publicity purposes across all media, including but not limited to SIA's publications and websites; and
    
    b. agrees that the Recordings in their original or edited format may be Processed as described above without further notification, remuneration or compensation, and that copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Recordings shall vest solely and absolutely in SIA.
19. Eligible PPS Club members and/or Participants may object to Processing of Recordings of them or the child whom they are accompanying by contacting PPS Club Reserves at PPSClub_Reserves@singaporeair.com.sg or informing a member of SIA's staff at the Event.
20. By registering for, redeeming and/or participating in the Event, each eligible PPS Club member and/or Participant:
    
    a. consents that SIA may Process their personal data for the purposes of the Event as detailed in these terms and conditions and in accordance with the SIA Privacy Policy; and
    
    b. further represents, warrants, and undertakes in respect of any child whose personal data they have provided to SIA or whom they are accompanying to the Event, that a parent or guardian of the child has been notified of and consents to the Processing of the child's personal data for the purposes of the Event as detailed in these terms and conditions and in accordance with the SIA Privacy Policy on behalf of the child.
21. Any decisions made by SIA in connection with any matter relating to this Event shall be final and binding as between SIA and the eligible PPS Club members and Participants. SIA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel or otherwise make changes to the Event without prior notice and at its sole and absolute discretion.
22. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Event, these terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
23. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
