Singapore Airlines is continually innovating our products and services to enhance the end-to-end experience for our customers. Your voice matters, and we would like to invite you to join the KrisInsights Research Panel to share your thoughts and experiences to enhance the design of our products and services.

Types of research activities

Surveys

Online surveys will be sent to your email, typically on a monthly basis, to gather feedback on your current experiences and thoughts on potential enhancements.

Product Testing

You may be invited to sessions, either virtual or in-person, to test existing and new features of Singapore Airlines products (e.g. digital, inflight) and give your feedback.

Interviews

You may be invited to informal chats, either virtual or in-person, to better understand your needs and expectations of our products and services.

Research activities are through invitation and participation is voluntary.
