Travel insurance

When you fly with us, travel with greater confidence by adding travel insurance to your booking. It comes with a host of coverages for Singapore Airline's passengers.

Passengers planning to enter Singapore for short term visits should note that with effect from 31 Jan 2021, 2359 hours, passengers entering Singapore via Singapore's Air Travel Pass (ATP) and Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) arrangements would need to have travel insurance for their COVID-19 related medical treatment and hospitalization costs in Singapore, with a minimum coverage of S$30,000. For such passengers to Singapore from China and New Zealand, our travel insurance, underwritten by AIG, meets the applicable minimum medical coverage requirement, subject to terms and conditions, including any applicable limitations and exclusions. As ATP and RGL requirements may change, passengers planning to enter Singapore are to ensure that they check on all requirements prior to their travel here.

Certain COVID-19 coverages are offered with travel insurance products from AIG for residents of Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, United States, France, Germany, Switzerland, Philippines, China, Korea and the United Kingdom. Please refer to the links below based on your country of residence for more information.
