Agencies with IATA accreditation are eligible to request group bookings with Singapore airlines.
Valid group bookings consist of either:
10 passengers in Economy
7 Premium Economy
7 Business class
5 First/Suites class
If classes are combined, the minimum number of seats required is 10.
Adult passengers are those with an age of 12 or over.
Child passengers are those with an age of below 12 years but above 2 years old. The fare is calculated at 75% of the adult fare.
Infant passengers should be less than 24 months. Fare is calculated at 10% of the adult fare and INF does not occupy a seat.
Please note, there is no Child fare discount in First/Suites.
Agreement Time limit (Fare validity):
More than 30 days prior to departure : 3 days
4-30 days prior to departure : 24 hours
1-3 days prior to departure : 3 hours
Deposit Time Limit:
After the offer has been accepted and contract issued, seats can be cancelled free of charge up to the Deposit deadline.
Deposit Deadline:
More than 90 days prior to departure : 30 days after booking confirmation
30-90 days prior to departure : 7 days after booking confirmation
Less than 30 days prior to departure: Immediate
Names-In time Limit:
42 days prior to departure.
Ticketing:
7 days prior to departure
A group Contract is issued after a booking has been created. No signature required.

Agencies with G360 access can issue the contracts themselves.
Deposit is calculated at 10% and collected by SQ only when seats are cancelled via ADM.

Individual date changes and deviations permitted subject to availability and fare re-evaluation at the time of request.
Please note:
Deviations permitted either on outbound or Inbound. Part of the trip must remain with the rest of the group booking.
Date changes not permitted for 1 way bookings or change for the whole group unless agreed with your group representative.
Cancellations permitted free of charge up to the deposit deadline. After the deposit deadline the Group T&Cs will apply.

G360 users will not be able to cancel seats through the portal after accepting the initial offer. Please contact the Groups department to assist with seat cancellations.
Names should be added in the booking by the agent no later than 42 days prior to departure.
G360 users: Names can be added individually by default. Alternatively, you can add multiple names by completing and uploading the template under Passengers and select Import.
Agencies without G360 access, can claim the bookings in GDS to add names.
Youth passengers departing from the UK are exempt of the GB tax. Please follow the guidelines as per GDS.
Tickets should be issued by agents no later than 7 days prior to departure. Before ticketing, please contact the groups department to adjust your ticketing cap.
G360 users: The system will auto populate all details necessary for ticketing. Please add a two letter code IT after the generated fare basis. Cash option should be selected when issuing tickets.
Agents with no access to G360 can claim bookings and issue tickets in their GDS. Please note, if tickets are issued in GDS, there is a YR (distribution fee) to be paid.

Name changes and corrections after ticketing are permitted.
Please contact the groups department to remove the existing ticket from the PNR before changing the name in your GDS. The applicable fee is non-refundable and must be added to the OC tax box.

Singapore Airlines reserves the right to withdraw any of its scheduled services at any given time, but will endeavour, where possible and at its sole discretion, to book suitable alternative scheduled flights against bookings currently confirmed. In the event it is unable to do so, it will provide a full refund of the agreed rate if tickets have been issued or deposit if prior to ticketing. This will be Singapore Airlines sole liability and Agent and its customer’s sole remedy in this respect.
Any breach of the provisions of this Agreement by the Agent shall entitle Singapore Airlines to terminate the Agreement forthwith by written notice, without liability on the part of Singapore Airlines and without prejudice to any rights and remedies subsisting prior to such termination.
All information contained in this Agreement must remain confidential between Singapore Airlines and the Agent. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties with regard to their respective obligations and understandings and supersedes all prior understandings and commitments whether oral or written.
The terms of the contract shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
If Agent does not contest with Singapore Airlines at the address below, in writing by return, any of our terms and conditions contained in this Contract, such action will be considered conclusive evidence of Agent’s acceptance of this agreement in full.
Agent shall advise all passengers that they must be in possession of all necessary passport, visa and health documents at the time of travel.
